Oilfield Services District Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oilfield Services District Manager to lead and oversee operations within the assigned district. The District Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of offshore oilfield services, and meeting the operational needs of our clients. This role is critical in driving service excellence, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring operational compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Oilfield Services District Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee all district operations, including vessel logistics, crew management, and service delivery for offshore oil & gas operations.
  • Lead and manage teams to ensure high performance, safety, and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Develop and execute district-level operational plans that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of company fleet, coordinating vessel availability and scheduling to meet client demands.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing service needs, concerns, and resolving operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance for the district, controlling costs, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures, driving a culture of safety across all operations.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the district, working with sales teams to expand services and capture new business.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, safety metrics, and financial results to senior management.

Oilfield Services District Manager Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 10+ years' experience in the oil/gas industry
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory guidelines
  • Personnel management experience
  • Fluent knowledge of oilfield operations, equipment, and services
  • Periodic job margin reporting over the course of each month
