The Beverage Director will take on a leadership role, serving as an educator, coach, and mentor to the Service Team; instilling The Kitchen's core values- HOSPITALITY, EXCELLENCE, TEAMWORK, IMPACT, AND PRIDE. You will collaborate with the General Manager and The Executive Chef to make strategic decisions that influence the restaurant's ability to bring food and beverage together while maintaining alignment with our company culture.

Required Job Skills :
- 5 years of experience as a manager in a fine-dining restaurant preferred
- 5+ years of experience with wine and spirits
- CMS Certified/WSET 1 or greater a plus
- Experience with Excel, Word, R365, TOCK, and Toast is a plus!
- Open availability
- Ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner.
- A valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card is required
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
