Starting Pay: $24.80/hr with an increase after 90 days.

SCHEDULE DETAILS:

• 85% of Driver routes allow for daily home return.
• Typical schedule is 4x12.
• Expect Saturday deliveries as part of the role.
• Driver vacation coverage may require night routes and overnight stays.

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely drive trucks to customer locations and adhere to delivery schedules.
• Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand into designated storage areas.
• Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures.
• Handle payments and collections from customers when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client experience.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment.

Physical Demands:

• Capable of lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 20 to 80+ lbs. of product continuously throughout shifts.
• Comfortable operating in varying weather conditions with frequent stops during each shift.

What We Need from You:

• Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid CDL Class A issued by your state of residence, including all necessary endorsements.
• Have a minimum of six months commercial driving experience in any sector, OR three months in the food/beverage delivery industry.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission (preferred for some locations).
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
