Work Schedule Highlights:

• 85% of Driver routes allow for daily home return.
• Typical schedule is 4x12.
• Saturday deliveries may be necessary.
• Vacation coverage might require night routes or overnight hotel stays.

Core Responsibilities of the Job:

• Safely drive trucks to customers and adhere to scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand into designated customer storage areas.
• Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures.
• Manage collections and payments from customers where appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance our client relationships.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in varied weather conditions with multiple stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

• Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Minimum age of 21 years required.
• Valid CDL Class A license from the state of legal residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• At least six months of commercial driving experience required (or three months in food/beverage delivery).
• Ability to operate a manual transmission preferred; may be necessary in certain locations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, including understanding traffic signs and responding to inquiries.
