Job Summary
- Assist the residents with all facets of daily living including dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral hygiene and personal hygiene.
- Perform appropriate transfers on assigned residents utilizing gait belts and other lifts, following guidelines outlined in the resident's plan of care.
Education and/or Experience
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Graduation from high school is preferred or in the process of graduation, GED accepted.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Certification as Nurse Assistant is required within four months of hire date.
Work Schedule
- Evening shift, 72 hours every 2 weeks
- 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
- Every other weekend
- Every other holiday
- No call time

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
