    Job Details
  • Critical access hospital in northwest Wisconsin is looking for a Physical Therapist to complete a 13 week travel assignment.
  • This is a traveler friendly facility and the area offers a variety of outdoor activities including miles of beautiful cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails.
    Job Requirements
  • Must have BLS and WI Physical Therapy Licensure.
  • Required Certifications: BLS, MPT or DPT
    Schedule Information
  • Shifts & Scheduling: Mon-Fri.
  • Flexible schedules if needed between business hours.
  • Weekend Requirements: No
  • Holiday Requirements: No
    Additional Details
  • 12/23 START DATE
  • # of patients treated per day: 9-10 patients in an 8 hour day. 45 min appts.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience preferably in outpatient.
  • Department specific orientation: Yes- the first 2 days. Orientation is with the Rehab Director.
  • 8a-5 pm, weekend rotation
