Job Summary
- The Certified Nurse Assistant is accountable for providing our residents with quality care in home environment, with resident directed care.
- This is done in accordance with our policies, procedures, and the state and federal guidelines.
- Supports the facility's goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.
- Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
- Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Certified Nurse Assistant with the Nebraska Board of Nursing required within 120 days of hire.
- BLS Certification Preferred.
Work Schedule
- Evening shifts: 5:00pm-9:00pm, every other weekend, every other holiday; 20 hours every 2 weeks
- every other weekend,
- every other holiday
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
