Direct Support Manager at Mosaic summary:

The Direct Support Manager coordinates and directs operations for Residential and Day Services Programs, focusing on staff scheduling and implementing program plans. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and support both staff and individuals served. We’re looking for a Direct Support Manager to join our team!

 

This position’s primary focus is to coordinate and direct operations of our Residential and/or Day Services Program. This includes scheduling of staff, implementing program plans, and coordinating appointments and activities for the individuals served.

What YOU’LL Do:

  • Intake and referrals for people in service
  • Onboarding Independent Contractors
  • Supervision of the Independent living program
  • Supervision of Intermittent Services

 

SCHEDULE:  40 hour work week with flexible scheduling - some on-call responsibilities 

SALARY; $67,226 annually

What YOU’LL Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field can substitute experience.
  • Four years of experience in a related field
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role required
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid, Certified Medication Aide (40hr) will be required
  • A passion to serve others
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A curious, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about your timelines, challenges and questions.
