Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, flexible, and personable General Neurologist to join our growing outpatient practice in Kenosha, WI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn and a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients of all ages. This full-time, outpatient-only position offers a supportive and collaborative work environment with a full patient panel from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general neurology care to patients ages 18-100; epilepsy and movement disorders, a plus
• Conduct thorough evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment of various neurological conditions
• Offer both consultative services and follow-up care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Manage a mix of chronic disease management, consults, and follow-ups
• Maintain high standards of patient care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and productivity goals
• Limited Practice Call responsibilities

Requirements:

• MD/DO with board certification or board eligibility in Neurology
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with patients and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to continuous learning
• Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the practice

Position Details:

• Location: Kenosha, WI (40 hours per week)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day, outpatient-only
• Patient Census: Ages 18-100
• Payor Mix: 60% Commercial, 40% Medicare
• Exam Rooms: 4+ Exam Rooms
• Call Coverage: Clinic call only
