  • Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 5 nurses (RN or LVN), 2 PCTs
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit Guidelines/Policies are available upon request.
  • Nurses must wear royal blue scrubs, PCTs in maroon.
    Additional Details
  • Data Collection: Unit Information: 5 West Neuro PCU
  • Number of Beds - 19
  • Patient Ratios – 4-5:1
  • Type of equipment - EMR - Meditech
