  • General Information: Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 42, Number of Staff - 70, Type of staff: Day Shift - 1 charge, 10-15 RNs, 1 PCT per shift, Night Shift - 1 charge, 10-15 RNs, 1 PCT per shift, Patient Ratios - level 3: 1-3 per nurse depending on acuity, level 2: 3-4 per nurse, Type of equipment - isolettes, OMNI beds, phototherapy, computers, EMR - meditech and CPN
  • Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have - candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
  • Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Experience with central lines UAC, UVC, broviacs, PICC, etc
  • List typical procedures performed on unit(s): IV starts, PICC insertions (trained clinicians)
  • Best personality Fit: Team player, self motivator
  • REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: RN licensure, NRP, STABLE preferred
