  • CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) required
  • Current state or compact license and Primary Source Verification completed prior to start required
  • Documentation of COVID-19 vaccination required
  • Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart or positive laboratory titer required
  • Fit Test required
  • Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccinations or positive laboratory titer required
  • Influenza vaccine status required
  • 2 Negative TB skin tests within specific timeframes required
  • Documentation of 2 doses of varicella or positive laboratory titer required
  • Proof of having received TD vaccine required
  • Physical capacity health statement required
  • Full work experience with references from previous managers required
  • Passing score of Norton Specialty Exam required
  • Completion of Norton Skills Checklist prior to start required
  • Standard 10 panel drug screen completed within 12 months required
