    Job Requirements
  • Active ASCP-CT required for this role.
  • Outpatient Lab experience required.
  • Required Non-Gynecological Skills/Experience: Ascitic Fluid, Esophageal, Gastric, Spinal, Thin-Prep.
  • Required Respiratory Tract Skills/Experience: Bronchial.
  • Required Body Fluid Test Skills/Experience: Urine.
  • Required Fine Needle Aspiration Skills/Experience: Assist, Make smears, Preliminary Diagnosis, Staining.
  • Required Special Stains/Organisms Skills/Experience: PAP.
  • Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Assist with On-site procedures, Quality control/quality assurance, Specimen labeling/identification.
  • Experience with/ability to perform QC required.
  • Cyto lab Prep experience required.
    Schedule Information
  • Schedule is M-F.
  • Weekend REQ: No
  • RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
  • Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Scrub Color: Provided for this role.
  • Charting: Cerner
    Additional Details
  • Legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card required.
  • Fit test required.
  • Physical within a year of start, and updated annually.
