We cover gaps due to unexpected call outs, long-term leaves, planned vacations, staffing vacancies, etc. This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously to the top of your education/certification while also functioning as part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate profile is an adaptable RN who is confident in their clinical abilities and genuinely enjoys variety. Dedicated to phone triage, this Nurse will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. In this role, you would be expected to cover various practices across the Pioneer Valley.
