Job Title: Physician - Emergency Medicine

License: Must have ABFM or ABIM with ER experience for FSEDs
Certifications: Emergency privileges will be an option
Must-Have:
- Competency in central lines, intubations, chest tubes, shock management, US utilization, pediatric and OB management
- Ability to handle high acuity cases efficiently
- Experience in central line placement, intubations, OB deliveries, dislocation reductions, trauma management, laceration repair
Job Description:
- Responsible for providing emergency medical care at various facilities within the division
- Work on-site with single doc coverage during shifts
- Perform procedures including central line placements, intubations, chest tube placements, and more
- Able to manage high acuity cases and handle consults effectively
- Collaborate with support staff and APP coverage at each site
- Maintain accurate case logs and provide feedback as needed
- Must be proficient in trauma, steami, strokes, and OB deliveries
- Adhere to local quality measures and EMR guidelines
- Participate in orientation and shadow shifts at multiple sites to familiarize with procedures
- Follow protocol for onboarding and familiarize with Meditech system
- Manage an average patient census at each site and report to supervising physician as required.
