Able to supervise care given by nurse aides, and has the bedside nursing skills needed to provide quality care. Understands the Eden Alternative Principles and is able to lead others in implementing person-directed care.nnOther Skills and Abilities:nnAbility to manage time and resources effectively. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers Maintain punctuality when reporting to work and leaving work.
