POSITION SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse provides high quality direct and indirect patient centered care using the nursing process. Coordinates patient care by working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team and promotes a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. The RN must have a current Registered Nurse license with certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and specialized training in PMT and de-escalation techniques. Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, medication administration, maintaining patient safety, and providing psychotherapeutic treatment to patients. The RN also plays a key role in setting limits with patients, maintaining professional boundaries, and collaborating with the treatment team to meet patient needs.
