Job Summary and Qualifications

We are in search of an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse to be a part of our outstanding healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide exemplary cardiac perioperative care tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Our Level 2 hospital is known for delivering high-quality patient care in the beautiful Seacoast of New Hampshire. If you are passionate about patient care, we want you to apply!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized care plans for surgical patients.
  • Demonstrate expertise in circulating cases, ensuring efficient preparation and provision of equipment and supplies based on surgical needs.
  • Administer medications and monitor physiological responses during procedures.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for surgical patients throughout their perioperative journey.
  • Optimize resource use while maintaining high-quality patient care standards in the operating room.
  • Participate in on-call assignments and demonstrate flexibility in covering staffing as required.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License.
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
  • PALS certification preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of CVOR RN experience preferred.
