As an Oncology Nurse in the Hematology Unit, you will assess, coordinate, plan, and manage the needs of assigned patients throughout their care. You will also be responsible for delivering and coordinating patient care provided by the caregiving team, ensuring competent and compassionate care for patients in various care settings.
