Located in Eagan, MN, Bay & Bay offers strong starting pay rates from .53 to .57 CPM, along with accessorial pay. Our routes cover I-35 and extend from Texas to the Northeast, Southeast, and throughout the Midwest. We pride ourselves on our family-owned business values, treating our drivers with the respect they deserve.

What Our Professional Drivers Enjoy:

Compensation:

• Industry-leading pay averaging $1,300 - $1,650 weekly!

What to Expect:

  • OTR: Out 10-14 days, with 1 day home for every 7 days worked

Orientation:

• Travel to orientation by flying or driving a rental car

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum of 1-year OTR tractor/trailer experience
• No more than 4 minor moving violations in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 minor incidents in the last 3 years
