You have the freedom to choose between three dispatch options:
Dispatch:If you prefer traditional dispatch services, we will handle all logistics and load assignments for you.
Self-Dispatch:If you like more control, you can self-dispatch and manage your own loads.
Self-Dispatch with Help:If you want a balance of independence and support, weofferself-dispatch with assistance available whenever needed.
Deductions - No Hidden Fees
Escrow- A $1,000.00 escrow is required. It will be deducted at $100.00 per week for 10 weeks. (This minimum is required to cover the cost of loaning operating equipment or any unpaid tickets or liabilities incurred on the road.)
Auto Liability, Cargo, and Trailer Interchange Insurance- $270 per week during the employment period, excluding vacation or any downtime due to major repairs. (You won't be charged if you don't have a full week of driving, but you must inform us in advance.)
Trailer Rental Fees:Prices vary depending on the supplier and will be determined during the application process. (Contact the fleet manager for current offers and availability.)
Plates- The cost of the apportioned plate in the state of IL will be spread across 12 weekly payments of $158.33. (This amount is prorated depending on when you start, as the registration period runs from April 1 to April 1 of the following year.)
2290 Highway Tax- If filed throughProlead, the amount is prorated depending on the month you start. (The 2290 filing period is from July 1 to July 1 of the following year.)
Bobtail Insurance- Prorated weekly at 5% of your truck's value, if applicable. (No down payment, billed monthly.)

Please note, we use traditional spot market freight load boards, allowing you to negotiate directly with brokers and customers. This sets us apart from carriers like Landstar and Mercer, which have their own load boards filtered by dispatchers and agents.
Direct negotiations with brokers give you the opportunity to secure better terms and avoid dealing with third- or fourth-hand loads.
