Job DescriptionnnConcord, NHnn$2,500 Sign on Bonus Offered to Eligible CandidatesnnGeneral Purpose:nnUtilizing DFA tractor and trailer, to transport raw milk from depot to processing plantnnDuties and Responsibilities:nnOperates a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA rules, regulations and policies adhering to all safety practicesnnFollowing dispatch schedule and directions from dispatch and location supervisory personnel, travels to location to transport raw milknnTransfers raw milk from farm containers to trailernnTakes quality and control samples at farmnnMeasures milk loaded into trailernnApply seals properly and document seal numbers to paperwork to ensure traceability and security of load.nnFollows designated routes and schedules unless otherwise directed by supervisory personnelnnTakes measures to minimize truck idle times and conserve fuel consumptionnnMaintains positive communications with producers, listens for issues or potential problems, reports producers’ comments to transportation and member services managementnnAlways represents DFA positively and professionally during interactions with customers, or regulatory personnelnnThis is a full-time night driver positionnnPay and Benefits:nnCompetitive paynnEligible for Quarterly bonusesnnMedicalnnDentalnnVisionnn401k Employer MatchnnGenerous vacationnnRotating SchedulesnnReturn Home DailynnWe are proud to offer access to your wages on-demand, no need to wait for pay day!nnAnd more...nnRequirementsnnEducation and ExperiencennHigh School Diploma or GED or equivalent PreferrednnMust have a current CDL (Class A) in state of residence.nnMust have, or be able to obtain, a tanker endorsement.nn2 years of tractor/trailer experience within the last 5 years is preferred.nnMust be at least 23 years of age.nnMust meet all DOT requirements.nnKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesnnKnowledge of DOT procedures, rules, and requirementsnnAbility to communicate effectively in the English language both orally and in writingnnBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)nnAbility to read and record accurate volume and weight measurementnnGood organization and record keeping skillsnnPunctualitynnAn Equal Opportunity Employer
