OverviewnnJob Summary: Responsible for the loading and delivery of retail and pharmacy goods to the many locations affiliated with KPH Healthcare Services.nnResponsibilitiesnnJob Duties and Responsibilities:nnCollect and consolidate processed orders from within the Distribution Center using various equipment such as electric pallet trucks, forklifts, automatic pallet wrappers, dock levelers, etc.nnLoad box trucks and dry van trailers in a manner which ensures the accuracy and integrity of the freight within.nnDrive box trucks and tandem-axle tractor-trailers, long-distance, in a manner which conforms to all applicable laws and regulations.nnUnload freight at our locations in a manner which conform to each location’s unique needs. This process will require the usage of electric and manual pallet jacks, platform liftgates, conveyors, elevators, and dock levelers.nnPerform pre- and post-trip inspections on all assigned equipment, and document findings according to our Vehicle Maintenance Policy. Report any needed repairs or areas of concern to management or the Vehicle Maintenance Department.nnOperate Electronic Logging Devices to accurately record Hours of Service.nnBackhaul products and supplies destined for our Distribution Center from various outside vendors.nnMust be able to interact professionally with everyone you come in contact with, both internal and external to KPH.nnResponsible for reporting any accidents, violations, or damages that may occur during your trips to management immediately.nnResponsible for the security of the inventory and equipment that is assigned to you.nnResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.nnRequired to read and sign the Fleet Management Policy.nnRequired to be placed in a random-draw pool for ongoing Federal drug testing requirements.nnPerform other duties as assigned.nnJob Skills Required:nnMust be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly.nnMust be able to work in a Distribution Center and operate all associated equipment.nnMust be able to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely, lawfully, and efficiently.nnSuccessful completion of all mandatory trainingnnQualificationsnnEducation:nnMinimum High School Diploma or GED.nnMust have and be able to maintain a CDL Class ‘A’ Driver’s License.nnExperience:nnPreferred 5 or more years previous experience in a related positionnnSpecial Conditions of Employment:nnMust have and be able to maintain a clean driving record.nnMust have and be able to maintain a Medical Examiner’s Certificate.nnMust pass a pre-employment drug screening.nnInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoringnnCompensation:nn$26.85 - $31.92 an hournnThe final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.nnKPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.nnConnect With Us!
