Certification Details BLS PALS ACLS Job Details 18 month minimum Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience required. Nurse : Patient Ratio by shift: 1:1, 1:2 for ICU status, 1:3 for stepdown/non ICU in overflow unit. Job Requirements Certifications Required: BLS, PALS Certifications Preferred: ACLS Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Additional Details Must be AHA. Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here. Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years. Required for all travelers. If placement is in a state other than home state/issuing state of compact license for RNs, address on Driver's license must match the home state for the compact license.
