Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson s clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
Jefferson East Infectious Diseases is a well established, community based program that serves the Southern New Jersey area. We are comprised of eight physicians and one nurse practitioner. The practice has both inpatient and outpatient services while maintaining a focus on a variety of programs. These include Antimicrobial Stewardship, HIV/STD care, Infection Control, Medical Teaching, Travel Medicine and Clinical Research. Further interest in Wound Care and Clinical Research may be supported. We average approximately five consults daily with each inpatient service. The number of outpatients seen approximates twelve to fifteen patients when in the office. We are located outside of the Philadelphia metropolitan area. This is two hours south of New York City and one hour west of the New Jersey Shore.

• MD or DO New Jersey License
• Successful Completion of an ACGME Accredited Internal Medicine Residency
• Successful Completion of an ACGME Accredited Infectious Disease Fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
