Job Summary

Novant Health Davidson Urology is looking for a compassionate, caring Urologist to join our growing team within Novant Health Surgical Institute and we would love to speak with you about our opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible urologist to be a part of an established practice within the wonderful Greater Winston-Salem, NC, communities of Lexington and Thomasville. Need is based on growth within the community. Opportunity features an immediate patient base within a friendly community clinic with a great work atmosphere. Busy clinic has 4 providers focused on all aspects of Urology from pediatrics to adult care; offering the latest technology to manage stones, incontinence, Oncology and all prostate disorders. Easy access to robotics. Practice is supported by system-wide EMR-EPIC.

Lexington, NC and Thomasville, NC are family-friendly neighboring towns in the Piedmont/Triad area which is considered a part of the Greater Winston-Salem Market. The mid-state location offers access to both the mountains and beaches. Two international airports and metro areas are within easy driving distance. NFL, NBA and minor league baseball venues are nice day trips. Lake living, community greenways, golf courses, hiking and a vibrant arts community are just some of the amenities at your fingertips.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
  • Completion of an accredited residency program required
  • For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • Current MD license in appropriate state
  • board certification or eligibility
  • current DEA license required
