- KY License required or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
- Residency/Fellowship required
- Mon-Fri 7a-4p with one night on call, weekends 24 hour call
- Start Jan 31 and onsite orientation prior
- Hospital setting
- Required procedures: Diagnostic/Interventional cath, read echos, EKGs, STEMI
- Admissions per fay 5-8
