We are looking for a Lead Generation Representative , to support our team at our corporate location in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Summary:
The Lead Generation Representative plays a crucial role in driving new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls. This position is responsible for scheduling appointments, supporting various sales campaigns, and nurturing potential customer relationships to facilitate a smooth handoff to the sales team or manufacturing representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to qualified prospects identified through marketing efforts and other internal sources.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with prospective customers, ensuring seamless transitions to external sales or manufacturer representatives.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage workload to meet or exceed set response time goals.
- Escalate critical customer concerns to supervisors when necessary to maintain high service standards.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of general work experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate concisely and persuasively.
- Strong aptitude in inside sales, customer service, active listening, organization, time management, and follow-up.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver a high volume of accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and comfortable navigating digital tools.
- Professional maturity, strong work ethic, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Adaptability, with the capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to laugh and enjoy a team environment
