Here’s what you need to bring to the table:
- 2 years minimum prior background in management, marketing, sales, service or retail and/or a college degree
- Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals. We obsess over results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.
- A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
- Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.

- Problem solvers who can think on their feet and bring people to compromise while establishing trust with employees, members, and guests.
- Have a strong customer service orientation & be able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, franchise owners, & regional developers
The Role:
- Ensure the center delivers an exceptional experience with every guest that walks in the door to build “guests for life”.
- HR responsibilities such as recruit, interview, onboard, review and dismiss employees and payroll.
- Manage productive center shifts to ensure the center exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Communicate business core values, visions, and goals to maximize associate performance, increase sales opportunities and profitability.
- Celebrate positive associate performance and partners with the District Manager to identify performance opportunities for ongoing feedback and development.
- Lead daily training programs in sales, guest service and product knowledge.
- Manages and adjusts schedules and daily tasks to meet business goals.
