Role: Trusts & Estates Attorney

• Advise clients on a broad spectrum of estate planning issues.

• Oversee the majority of estate and trust administration tasks, representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested probate and trust cases.

• Create comprehensive documents and structures aimed at optimizing tax efficiency and reducing the likelihood of disputes.


Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $230k + bonuses + benefits

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with sophisticated and complex estate planning and drafting, trust and estate administration, estate and gift tax, and charitable planning
