The Operations Supervisor role, located in Jersey City , NJ, requires full availability to adapt to varying shift times based on customer needs, with the flexibility to work between 8-10 hours per day on either day or night shifts. We have both senior and junior roles available.

Key qualifications include:

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics and transportation with a proven track record of effective operations management.
• Prior dispatching experience is highly desirable.

They will complete various forms related to freight movement and continuously monitor shipment locations while maintaining communication with independent contractors, associates, customers, and team members.
