They specialize in providing health systems with the tools they need to govern, evaluate, and monitor AI solutions. While many organizations recognize the potential of AI to boost efficiency, they often lack the frameworks to ensure safety, compliance, and ROI, their end-to-end platform addresses these challenges head-on, enabling health systems to harness AI’s power responsibly.

The challenges they solve

• Managing Generative AI Risks: Generative AI tools can introduce unique challenges, including biased outputs, inaccuracies, and the potential for leaking protected health information.
• Overcoming Limited Options: Current solutions—such as slow rollouts, bans on commercial tools, or isolated point solutions.
• Navigating Regulatory Mandates: With evolving regulations, including the 2023 Executive Order on AI in healthcare and CMS Conditions of Participation, health systems face increasing pressure to ensure compliance and mitigate risks such as bias in AI models.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable distributed systems.
• Build robust APIs and CI/CD pipelines to support evolving product needs.
• Contribute to and re-architect microservices infrastructure.
• Work hands-on with tools like Python, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Langchain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implementation.
• Adapt quickly to new challenges in a startup-paced environment.

What they are looking for:

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Ideally you have start up & big company experience
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Expertise in distributed systems, Rest APIs, and large-scale system design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Experience balancing startup agility with big tech scalability.
• Bonus: Founding engineer experience or familiarity with generative AI.
