Our firm is seeking two experienced attorneys to support our growing caseload driven by an increase in new clients. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with strong civil litigation skills to join a busy, collaborative team and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation , including:
• Discovery and document review
• Taking and defending depositions
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Comprehensive trial preparation
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to develop case strategies and effectively represent clients in complex litigation matters.
• Manage civil litigation cases, with an understanding of court procedures and filing requirements. Insurance defense-specific experience is not required but is a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with a focus on insurance defense or related areas.
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of litigation, including preparing cases for trial.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Must be local to the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to work primarily on-site at the Westlake Center in Daly City, with some hybrid flexibility.
