Our client is 100% American Made and LEADING manufacturer of steel framing products, providing superior building materials and engineering capabilities. Due to a retirement of a 20 year team member, they are looking to bring on Production Supervisor at the start of 2025 to manage a state of the art facility!

Responsibilities

• Directs the work of up to 20 unionized, production employees
• Coordinates with Production Planning and Shipping Departments to ensure production plan will meet required output
• Responsible for quality assurance of various steel roll formed products
• Interprets specifications, prints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ Years of supervisory experience in manufacturing industry/union environment required
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively provide guidance, support, training, and discipline as necessary; 'hands-on' style and presence on shop floor a must
• Strong communication skills
• Experience operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment highly desirable.
