Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Schaumburg, IL, is hiring a full-time, permanent Admissions Representative.



***This is a hybrid opportunity. All applicants must reside within a 25-mile radius of Schaumburg, IL***


Admissions Representative – Schaumburg, IL

$55,000 - $63,000/Annually (Plus full health benefits, vision, dental, PTO, yearly salary increases)

Ideal candidates will be passionate about higher education, metrics-driven, and eager to make an impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students to communicate the value of our programs and the unique opportunities we offer; responsible for making 100 -150+ outbound calls per day to potential students that have shown interest in the organization and have submitted an inquiry.
  • Book candidates for a virtual interview to evaluate them based on their career goals and compatibility with our programs, ensuring that they meet the necessary criteria for enrollment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through personalized interactions.
  • Assist newly enrolled students by providing support and guidance during the online orientation process, ensuring a smooth transition into their academic journey.
  • Actively work to expand the candidate pipeline by asking current and potential applicants for referrals to help increase enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement strategies to meet enrollment goals.
  • Maintain an organized approach to tracking and reporting key metrics.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in admissions OR a similar role with a high outbound call volume (100+ per day) in a fast-paced sales-like environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce is a plus but not required
  • A passion for innovation and a drive to inspire potential students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful connections
  • Self-motivated and eager to achieve measurable goals
