Title: Replenishment Analyst

Location: New York City (Hybrid)

Salary: $75,000-80,000

About This Opportunity ….

The Replenishment Analyst is a full-time position on a hybrid schedule for a retail/wholesale apparel company. The team is responsible for order allocation and maintaining in-stocks at the stores to maximize sales, including monitoring of inventory levels across all retail stores/warehouses as well as distribution centers and supply chain.

The replenishment analyst will be responsible for…

• Prepare & distribute replenishment reports and other business recaps to support replenishment team
• Analyze inventory flow to drive sales, improve in-stock and optimize turn
• Write and track orders based on store/warehouse demand and plan out ships/deliveries
• Develop business strategies using historical and current trend analysis
• Creatively problem solve issues related to purchase orders, shipments, and sales

The ideal replenishment analyst should have…

• 2-3 years’ wholesale replenishment or merchandise planning experience involving sales/inventory analysis, and forecasting
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Sumif, etc.) and have strong retail math skills
• Ability to partner/communicate with cross-functional teams (design, product development, control, production)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft BI, Python, Tableau and Powerpoint a plus
• Retail Link, Simparel system knowledge also a plus
• 4-year college degree (required)
