Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Manager, eCommerce & Artist Services:

• Spearhead eCommerce operations and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Utilize Shopify platform to optimize online sales and customer experience
• Act as a proactive team member, demonstrating high attention to detail

Required Skills for Manager, eCommerce & Artist Services:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-4+ years of relevant work experience, including internships
• Proven experience in the music & entertainment industry or eCommerce sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Shopify; experience with Monday.com is a plus
