Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
- Enter and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock while minimizing excess.
- Utilize computer programs such as Sage, Microsoft Dynamics Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools proficiently.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules to secure optimal terms.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with accounting, customer service, sales, and manufacturing teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of company products and their mechanical applications.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Minimum of five years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
Training, Certifications, and Licenses
