APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Greenfield, IN looking to add a Logistics Supervisor to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe, high-quality, and efficient support of the customers’ product lines. Could this be the job for you?

What your day will look like:

• Collaborates with the direct supervisor to review and implement daily assignments and production packages for team members.
• Documents and conducts thorough investigations on safety incidents, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Oversees the replenishment of production supplies.
• Ensures accurate inventory counts of bed materials.
• Verifies proper assembly and timely delivery of bed kits
• Ensures products are produced according to engineered drawings, industry tolerances, and company standards.
• Promotes and ensures safe work practices for the team.
• Maintains organization in the assigned area.
• Ensures accurate counts and timely delivery of rebar.
• Reports any deficiencies in stock.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proficient in understanding section cuts.
• Familiarity with production tolerances and industry standards.
• Strong basic math skills.
