We are searching for a Communications Consultant ll on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2). The person will be working on a handful of different projects (products that the team supports). The person would access tickets through Microsoft planner, then reach out to the customer to coordinate the change. Team meets every 1 weeks and will be working with Design team and project managers.
The person would put the request in the right voice, put it in adobe, submit it to the design team, answer question they might have, proof the material to ensure it meeting the standards. Content creation, review, getting things edited and reviewing them. The person will use some Adobe tools on a more limited basis.

Essential Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and write copy for a wide range of projects.
- Consult with marketing representatives and other subject matter experts to obtain information on product or service and obtain requirements including style and length of copy.
- Edit or rewrite copy quickly as necessary.
- Prepare articles, bulletins, marketing and promotional material.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate creativity and the ability to vary language and tone of messages based on audience, product and medium.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in something related to communication
- Bachelor's Degree (journalism or other communication field)
- Must be proficient: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Tasks, etc.
- The person would need to understand basic numbers or reporting: write about numbers in terms of energy savings, rebate amounts and related program benefits.
- Must have familiarity with marketing communications reporting in a basic understanding of the success metrics for various tactics across communications channels.
