Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS
Must-Have: Certified Surgical Tech experience in Women's Services
Job Description:
- Provide care and support for pregnant women during labor and delivery.
- Work in a multi-faceted unit with 10 Labor Delivery Rooms, 2 PACU, 2 ORs, 2 Triage, and 2 Antepartum rooms.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of 60 total staff members.
- Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and patient care management.
- Participate in vaginal and C-section deliveries.
- Maintain appropriate patient ratios based on acuity.
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
- Wear hospital-provided light blue surgical scrubs.
- Contribute to a team recognized for outstanding achievements and strive towards magnet designation.
- Enjoy working in a supportive setting with opportunities for advancement and permanent positions available on the unit.
