What you'll do:
n
The Licensed Practical Nurse with ROP works as a staff member of the Medical Department for the Student Services Team and is primarily responsible for coordinating the daily activity of the medical department, ensuring adherence to the healthcare guidelines, and implementing safety standards for the youth.

In this role, you will manage the students care according to their needs, delegate medical services for students to other licensed staff, and assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers off-site and/or telehealth.

To be considered, you should: • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. • Possess a current RN/LPN license from the state of Virginia.• Have a minimum of two years of medical-surgical experience. • Have a desire to work with troubled children ages 5-14 years.• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
