Primary Responsibilities: Manage client accounts using a cloud-based accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Handle daily financial tasks, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and month-end adjustments. Assist clients with financial tools and software, offering guidance on their usage. Oversee payroll functions, including processing employee payments and related filings. Prepare various tax filings and assist with compliance tasks as needed. Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing tailored financial insights. Support the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for clients. Utilize project management and communication tools to streamline client processes. Collaborate with clients and internal teams on financial projects and process improvements. Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA eligibility is a plus but not required. At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role. Proficiency with accounting software and standard office applications. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
