You will be joining a collaborative team and have the opportunity to give back to communities that need it the most. Our partner is looking for a provider that has experience working in an FQHC setting or interest in expanding your clinical experience by practicing in one.

Details/Requirements:
Board Certification highly preferred
Multiple providers needed
Will be expected to float among care centers
Average 16-20 patients per day
Support staff onsite
