- Common Diagnoses/Procedures: Hydronephrosis with renal and ureteral calculous obstruction, Calculus of kidney, Benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptoms, Calculus of ureter, Urinary tract infection
- Patient Volume: 0-10 per day
- EMR: EPIC
- Certifications: IN license (IMLC not accepted), DEA, BC (will not accept BE)
- Clean files needed to present
