Hematology Oncology Full-Time Locums position in Berwyn, IL where In/Outpatient coverage at 3 sister facilities and call is needed. Here are some of the details:

Schedule- Must be available full time - no weekends

• Monday-Friday: 9am 4pm. Clinic

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to submit!

• Board Certified or Board Eligible - REQUIRED
• Active IL license - Required at time of name clear submission- REQUIRED
• Availability - Please provide at time of name clear - must be available FT- REQUIRED
• Local Candidate - Highly Preferred

Position Details:

• 30% Hematology
• 70% Oncology
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 remaining physician
• Hem/Onc only practice
• Adults only
• No APP's in practice
• Documentation System/EMR: epic
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 16-20
• Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 2
• Outpatient Coverage: 9am 4pm. Clinic. Must be available full time - no weekends
