Other Details: The facility, which is trauma level 4 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only.There are an average of 18-20 patients per shift. The assignment schedule for the 7 on 7 off 8-hour shifts (8 AM to 4 PM) is as follows: 3/24-3/31, 4/8-4/14, 4/22-4/28, 5/6-5/12, 5/20-5/26, 6/3-6/9, 6/17-6/23, 7/1-7/7, 7/15-7/21, 7/29-8/4, 8/12-8/18, and 8/26-9/1. Local providers are preferred for this assignment.
