Position Responsibilities Manage our new, 1 million-square-foot Columbus warehouse stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products. Direct all aspects of the warehouse’s outbound operations. Ensure your team delivers exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance. Recommend process improvements and help implement them. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 6+ years of management experience. Supervisory experience within a high-volume distribution environment preferred. Forklift and reach truck driving experience preferred. Performance metrics and WMS experience a plus.
