Be part of history, by joining us in the role of Finance Analyst! The Finance Analyst will support the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team by generating financial reporting, performing variance analysis, and partnering with the business to create accurate budgets and forecasts. The analyst will be an integral part of month end close by reviewing financial postings, creating journal entries, completing standardized reporting, and working with business teams to build the overall story to explain results.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Direct Business Partnering
\tResearches and resolves financial postings for assigned functional areas.
\tPartners with business functions to create annual budget, quarterly forecasts and ensure accuracy of actuals.
\tProvides analytical and problem-solving support for business partners.
\tPresents findings and recommendations with supporting data to business partners.
\tProvides coaching to business partners on financial processes and procedures.
Budgeting/Forecasting/Actual Execution
\tManages Overhead calendar to ensure deliverables are met for P&L deadlines.
\tResponsible for budget / forecast generation and working with the business to review budget / forecast outputs.
\tMonitors performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
\tIdentifies process improvement and standardization opportunities.
Decision Support
\tDevelops financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
\tAnalyzes medium to complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
\tAssists in the explanation of deviations between actual vs. expected financial results.
\tMaintains a superior level of confidentiality regarding sensitive areas such as payroll.
Administrative Activities
\tParticipates in team meetings.
\tManages own workload and timelines.
\tSchedules and participates in financial reviews with business teams for budget/forecast/actuals.
Personal Career Development
Participates in functional or career development training to increase knowledge and skills.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

\tBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting and 2 years of related work exp. or related field preferred or an associate degree in business or accounting +3 years of related experience
\tComputer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel using large data sets and utilizing pivot tables while maintaining accuracy.
\tExposure with ERP and other financial systems a plus
\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\tProblem solving skills.
\tSelf-starter
\tExposure supporting the CPG business model a plus.
Salary Range: $70,640 - $90,130
