Schedule: Full-Time, Morning & Evening Shifts Available
• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – Close
Reports to: Sous Chefs & Executive Chef

We’re looking for skilled and motivated Line Cooks to join our culinary team. You’ll work alongside Executive Chef Joseph Nardo and our talented kitchen staff to help bring our culinary vision to life while maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen efficiency.
Position Overview:
As a Line Cook at Butterworth’s DC, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to our menu standards, ensuring every dish meets the restaurant’s high culinary expectations. You will work in a fast-paced environment and play an essential role in supporting the kitchen team, contributing to the success of daily service. Key Responsibilities:
• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant’s menu, following all recipes, portioning, and plating standards.
• Station Management: Efficiently manage your designated station during service, ensuring all orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all food leaving the kitchen is prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and effective communication throughout the shift.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Stock Management: Assist with inventory and stock rotation to ensure that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Support Leadership: Work under the guidance of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, helping to maintain an efficient and productive kitchen.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a line cook or prep cook role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for food.
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours (morning or evening shifts).
• Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
